Part 5: A Time For Renewal and Rejoicing

Feb 24, 2024    Rabbi Ira Brawer

Now that the physical work is completed, it is time to turn to spiritual renewal. It so happens that it is the feast of Sukkot, the festival of rejoicing. With the reading of the Torah, there is conviction of sin and repentance, leading to a time of rejoicing. This is a familiar pattern in spiritual renewal which we see at times in the history of ancient Israel. As followers of Yeshua, we have the Holy Spirit who is our source of conviction, renewal, and rejoicing and is available to us every day.
