Eliezer of Damascus- Model of a True Servant

In this week's Torah portion, we have a very detailed narrative of Abraham's faithful servant, Eliezer. His master instructed him to journey to Abraham's home town to find a suitable wife for his son Isaac, who would inherit Abraham's wealth along with God's promises. His example of a faithful servant has lessons that can encourage us in how we view our calling to serve God and to serve one another.
