Part 3: Communion in Community

As we continue our series on the importance of community, we come to the Torah portion that contains the commandments regarding the Passover lamb and the story of the Exodus. It was to be celebrated in family and community and has been ever since. It foreshadowed the community that Yeshua would establish years later. Today, we will look at the importance of the act of "communion" in both ancient Israel and for us today as the Body of Messiah, and why, when we partake in communion, it strengthens the bonds of community. At the end of the message, we will partake in the Messiah's supper to reaffirm our commitment to Him and to each other.
