A Ladder And Two Camps

In this week's Torah portion we read about Jacob on the run from Esau in fear for his life and ending up working for Uncle Laban for 20 years. These years prove to be difficult and challenging, but also fruitful. Yet we see the hand of God at work in his life throughout, including a couple of special encounters. What can we learn from Jacob's experience?
