The "Oneg" of Shabbat

When we use the word "oneg" we usually think of a Shabbat lunch. However, the word as it applies to Shabbat has a much more important meaning than about food. It is about the true meaning of Shabbat as a gift for us to be enjoyed. We will take a look at why this gift was important to the children of Israel coming out of the wilderness and why it is important for us today.
