Shabbat Suva: A Time of Return
Oct 5, 2024 • Rabbi Ira Brawer
The Shabbat between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is called "Shabbat Shuva", Sabbath of Return, taken from the words of the prophet Hosea: "Return O Israel..." (Hos. 14:3). The focus of this is the call on Israel to return and be restored to God's original intent and purpose. We will take a look at what that means for us as well.
